Today is a crazy day. Very busy, stressful, too much to do in too little time and lots of attitudes to deal with. I react to stress by trying to eat my emotions. Ive already made a bad lunch decision because I only had about 15 mins to grab and eat. I wish I wasn’t so emotional. I’m on the verge of tears just from stress today and I just want to go home, sit in a quiet room, cry and eat some cake.
Luckily I don’t have any cake at the house and by the time I get off I’ll be too tired to stop and get any.
Edited to add: there is a silver lining! SOS this morning has me down another pound. Another reason to skip the stress cake!
