Return to 5k (it’s like the sequel to couch to 5k) W1D1 complete!
I didn’t do this on at the gym as planned. The weather was beautiful when I left work so I changed and went to my favorite park/trail. I took the run intervals really slow. I mean SLOW. Most people (read: everyone who breathes) can walk faster than I jogged tonight. But I did it and completed all of my intervals. I tried to really focus on form and breathing. I really am starting over where running is concerned so I’m trying to do it right.
It felt good to be out there again. Today was a good day.
