After shopping for groceries, I spent the afternoon in the kitchen getting my food prepped for the week. It feels so good to know that I have a plan to follow, and I know it will be easier to keep my eating on track when it’s ready to heat up and a quicker option than fast food! I grilled turkey burgers and regular burgers (because my memorial day ones were too delicious), sauteed onions and mushrooms, and made roasted pesto cauliflower. I have some salad greens left from last week’s farmer’s market and I’ll get more on Tuesday for the rest of the week.
Now, to pack my gym bag for running/biking after work. I think this is going to be a good week!
