I didn’t have scale access over the weekend. I’m not too terribly disappointed in the difference from Thursday to Tuesday, though. I made (mostly) smart food choices over the weekend and rode my bike twice. I never drink enough water when I’m at my parent’s house, and we eat dinner too late. Add that to the onset of Shark Week and I’m back where I started SOS. But I feel like I’m making small progress because I’m being more conscious and deliberate about the food choices I make, and I’m making time for exercise.
Still 10 pounds to go for 4n4.
