I continue to eat dinner too late this week, and I haven’t started running yet. I’m a procrastinator, and somehow knowing that I had a couple of extra weeks in the middle of training allowed me to put it off this week. I think I may have to suck it up next week and hit the gym, and start C25K on the treadmill. I might hate it, but it will be inside and not 1000 degrees, so I’m more likely to do it. We’ll see. I just need to keep at it and get back into a routine.
This afternoon was the first day of the summer program for the teens I work with during the school year. It was also our last day in a building with no air conditioning (hurray!). I can’t decide if I expect a gain tomorrow from being dehydrated, or a loss from sweating so much.
